our deposit policy

our deposits are a contract agreeing between the artist and client to be tattooed and ENSURE each artist's time is respected and compensated for, therefore they are non refundable in any instance. however, we allow one reschedule per deposit should an emergency occur.

Reasons a client would lose a deposit include, but are not limited to:

  • Cancellation

  • No call no show

  • Being over 15 minutes late without notice

  • Last minute change of design without adequate notice

  • Any other instance due to client negligence where the tattoo can not be started on the agreed-upon date and time

If for any reason a client is not happy with the design they are presented on the day of the appointment, the artist will do their best to make the necessary changes to the design and may have to reschedule if the changes are too numerous to facilitate the tattoo process on that same day, in that case, the artist may ask for another deposit at their own discretion.
